All flights are conducted in accordance with Chilean aviation requirements and under the appropriate operational authorisations and certifications required by law.

Our pilots have flown internationally across some of the world’s leading ballooning destinations and bring decades of operational experience, weather assessment knowledge and passenger flight expertise to every journey.

Ground operations are conducted using trained aviation-standard procedures covering launch preparation, passenger safety, weather monitoring, landing coordination and flight support.

The equipment used throughout the operation is manufactured to internationally recognised standards by Cameron Balloons in the United Kingdom — one of the world’s most established and respected balloon manufacturers.
